:D
The moon is SO FULL and SO BRIGHT that it is lighting up the whole street and all of outside, and it is 10:30. It's cold and there is an ominous breeze and I want to go adventuring or something.

Too bad it is 10:30 and I am babysitting. But still! Full moons are fantastic. X3

Last Thursday, I:

- rode an elephant
- rode a camel
- shook hands with the governor of Massachusetts, Deval Patrick
- bought a handmade cashmere (or rather, Kashmir) shawl
- saw a kangaroo! but it was sleeping and looked a bit dead ):
- bought aviator sunglasses YESSS
- marched in a parade
- thought my arms might fall off from holding my trombone up

Also I want to write a story where the main characters are called Pashmina and Kashmir. It would be a smash hit amongst sellers of scarfs and shawls.

Namely, we are giving props to my siblings. Even though they are miles away and with their own schoolwork they STILL were able to go onto AIM for a while and try and help me slog through a heinously long and complicated algebra problem. It involved a lot of confusing typing and a lot of photos taken and then sent for the sake of showing work, but, in the end, we got an answer of some sort, so it's all good. Even if we hadn't, it's still spiffy that the internet makes it possible for me to do that at all.

But I have some more work I should probably get to. Biology, namely. Also, I have a field trip this Thursday! YAY! And I've memorized how to play Build Me Up Buttercup on my trombone! DOUBLE YAY! The only problem is I haven't memorized Carry On yet and I really need to. nyuoom...

Today was T. E. Lawrence's 120th birthday! Since my sister is moving out on the 19th, we moved Build-A-Cake Day to today, and we built a cake. And it wasn't a lie.

The cake was great. It was so delicious and moist.

But, seriously, I'm disproportionately proud of how the cake came out.

Now I just need to make myself a weighted companion cube... heh, I'm so dorky. ^.^
